HOW TO CULTIVATE AND RECIRCULATE YOUR EROTIC ENERGY
“Within this very body flow the sacred rivers.
Here dwell the sun and the moon,
and here are all the holy places of pilgrimage.
I have found no temple more radiant with bliss
than my own body.”
This quote, attributed to the great master Saraha, reveal a core truth of Tantra: the body itself is the sacred ground where spirit and consciousness meet. It is not a barrier to awakening, as it was considered in many traditions but a doorway to bliss.
When God has let us be born through the Big O, within a body that feels so much, who are we to deny such gift?
That’s why Tantra considers our body a living temple, where experiences and senses should be fully and freely lived, in order to help us transcend the veil of illusion, Maya.
Every human being inhabits this temple. Yet in the feminine body, this mystery often unveils itself with particular intensity, for a woman’s most direct access to her inner sacredness arises through sensual vitality and orgasmic expansion.
When a woman’s sensual energy awakens and begins to move, it flows simultaneously through three primary centers: the womb, the heart, and the third eye.
When these portals open together, the body becomes a luminous circuit of awareness, a living field of consciousness.
As the womb, the heart, and the third eye open alltogether, thought naturally recedes, and pure presence comes forward.
You can cultivate this state pf orgasmic awarness and consciousness through what taoists named the Microcosmic Orbit.
The Macrocosmic Orbit is an expanded energetic circulation in which life-force flows through the entire body, not only along the central channel but outward into the limbs, skin, and energetic field. It arises naturally when root, heart, and awareness are open together, allowing energy to move freely from the pelvis through the spine, across the shoulders, down the arms, and back through the legs.
• Sensual energy becomes diffuse and luminous, no longer localized, but circulating as a whole-body current of pleasure and presence
If you want to practice it, here are a few practical steps:
- Sit comfortably with the spine soft and upright. Place one hand over the lower belly / womb space and one hand on the heart and allow the breath to settle there.
- Gently rest the tongue on the roof of the mouth and relax the jaw, throat, and pelvic floor.
- On an inhale, squeeze your pelvic muscles and guide awareness from the womb space down to the pelvic floor and up the back of the body along the spine to the crown.
- On an exhale, allow awareness to flow down the front of the body, passing through the throat and heart, where you rest for a few seconds returning to the womb, storing the energy there.
- Let the orbit become smooth and continuous, like a gentle inner tide, without effort or force.
• Practice for 5–10 minutes, then rest awareness in the womb space before closing, gently storing the energy there for future use. You can use it whenever you need it.
• This circulation supports integration and grounding, allowing heightened states of arousal or awakening to stabilize as embodied consciousness rather than peak experiences only.
Practice with Love, for yourself and others.
